Decent place for the price, service is minimal to absent. Room was advertised as having a view of the Empire State Building, but there was just a narrow window facing the interior brick walls, no info in room, like where is the ice machine because they’re not on every floor. No do not disturb sign. No mini fridge. Had housekeeping service one day but not the next. I wasn’t there to be a tourist so I didn’t mind these things for the most part. Very Good No pudimos dejar las maletas en lo que llegaba la hora de irnos al aeropuerto. la ubicacion estuvo super buena y las habitaciones limpias y muy comodas.
Wonderful There were no coffee cups. Not even Styrofoam cups. Had to drink coffee out of flimsy plastic water glass. Also, the fan in the bathroom was quite loud and you couldn't turn it off without turning the light out. The location, the staff and the a/c worked very well. Great lighting in the room. A nice, modern lobby and the rooms were pretty nice, too.

Very Good Que no tuvieran servicio de recepción de paquetería, me pareció terrible ya que parte de viajar hacia los Estados Unidos consiste en hacer compras de ese tipo. La responsable del counter a la hora de salida no es cordial ni atenta. Habitación de buen tamaño. En términos generales bien ubicado, la calle permanece sucia y abarratoda de gente por las noches, lo que también es normal en la ciudad. El señor que nos atendió en la recepción del hotel casi a la media noche que llegamos fue muy cordial y amable!
