Pleasant there was no store luggage, they had just one elevator and it was very very slow. ( we had to use the stairs) The location was good

Exceptional One of the elevator was off and seems that is the pattern. very hard to take the elevator, sharing with other guests and staff carring on towels and sheets. Location was very good. Friendly staff.
