Good Mattress was uncomfortable: too soft and kept rolling into middle of bed. Location and free breakfast

Experiencia bajo invierno Mala experiencia en la primera noche ya que no habia agua en todo el hotel. Se tuvo que dormir en el cuarto con frio ya que al no haber agua no se podia poner aire caliente. Recordando que estamos en invierno. Las demas noche estuvo chevere Desayuno no muy favorable Area del lobby, muy Sencilla pero con buena computadora incluyendo impresora donde puedes utilizarlo gratis.
Mike from Ohio gives this hotel a large thumbs up. Ciao. The view. But you don't travel to NYC for the view from your hotel room. Two words-Rooftop bar. Now for a few more words. The staff is very professional and friendly. Room is clean and quiet.(as quiet as it can be in NYC lol) I did drive so the discounted parking that's 100 ft away(included with your room) is great!! It's definitely on my list for my next stay.
Pleasant The porter that throw the garbage is nasty he was having a bad day i tink he started to look for problem in the gym and finish out side i told him that y he keep taking me out of places and then dont do nothin there i wanted to push him away i thing he was indian or something like that The roof top it was nice

reasonable. Place is good. During night, my room got smoky smell every night. Probably, other restaurant’s ventilation is very close and it come to my room. That was not liked. place and price are great.(reasonable)
staying here got the job done but i will stay someplace else next time breakfast was lame (only bagels, muffins, cereal and a sad fruit selection); room was ugly, outdated and small; elevators were slow; heat/air conditioning unit had a mind of its own location
Would stay in another place next time. No hot water half of the day. Heat did not work. Paper thin walls. Loud.
