Good Noisy air con from building next door, which was the view from my room. Decor very dated. Fantastic location between 5th and 6th Avenues, 2 minutes’ walk from Macy’s. Staff very welcoming and bed comfy. Good base to explore NYC from
Fantastic location in Manhattan just a short walk to Times Square and other multiple attractions. Lifts a bit slow - but that was no big deal. Location was perfect - in the heart of downtown Manhattan.
Good hotel, great location. Just don't get stuck with one of their closet size rooms. Second time staying at this hotel. First time I had a very nice, spacious room. This time, my room was miniscule. Couldn't walk around bed without bumping into the wall. Should have asked to change rooms, but was so tired after checking in, I didn't want to deal with the hassle. Location; continental breakfast
I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED FOR A BETTER PLACE everything else... poor customer service, early check-in and late check-out for Genius members non-existing, very regular breakfast. Tiny rooms for what you pay, I booked a king room expecting something roomier, but there was barely enough room for the bed which btw had a soft foam mattress that killed my back. And there's no restaurant on the premises. Clean rooms, and very good location in near proximity to mayor attractions.
Awesome The shower knob is a mystery. You deserve a prize if you can figure out how to switch from the lower shower to the shower head!! The breakfast is bare minimum and the coffee and hot chocolate is too sweet. If you're just looking for a quick morning fix, it's still ok. Otherwise there are a lot of places downstairs for a heartier breakfast. The location is excellent for the price. Everything was clean and relatively comfortable.
