Desapointed we waited 45 min for check-in and only 2 persons where before us. Hotel without charm For breakfast, if you want a clean table you have to wipe it yourself A/C in bedroom was very Noisy, if want to sleep, turn it off. Bed very uncomfortable Hotel Noisy. Doors slamming. I wouldn't recommand this hotel Hotel located between 6th and 5th avenue. Very close to the ESB
Almost everything was perfect. - Blocking money on the credit card for the long period (I needed to pay for the hotel room $1368 and the hotel blocks $343 2 days before the arrival and $1225 at check-in; it was blocked for two weeks after the leaving the hotel). + Perfect location. + Helpful staff. + Breakfast. + Good wi-fi.
Good El colchón demasiado blando para mi gusto. El barrio, la cuadra del hotel en especial, bastante sucia. El personal de servicio amable y dispuesto. El de recepción apenas correcto, nada simpático, cero disposición para comunicarse en otro idioma que no fuera inglés. Las habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas. La limpieza muy buena. Todo se compensa por la ubicación excelente.
Not the first time I stayed there and won't be the last! Loved the easy access to Madison Square Garden as I had 2 nights of concerts to attend. The area in general is centrally located, with shops and parks just a stone's through away.
Bon séjour dans cet hôtel La vue et le bruit extérieur Literie très confortable , propreté impeccable , bien situé par contre ne pas regarder par la fenêtre nous avions vu sur des clims bruyantes et des tuyaux pas très joli!. Dans l'ensemble nous étions quand même satisfaits de cet hôtel C'est pratique d'avoir le petit déjeuner sur place

Good Общая проблема американских отелей: сначала снимают с карты одну сумму, потом выдают счет на меньшую, утверждая, что "ваш банк вернет разницу". Останавливался за последние полмесяца два раза, общая сумма разниц превысила 150 долларов, пока никто ничего не вернул. Нормальный отель за нормальную для Манхеттена ( в действительности ненормальную) цену. Идеальное местоположение для тех, кто готов активно пользоваться нью-йоркским метро, а также неравнодушен к азиатской кухне. Этот участок 32-й улицы называется Korean way.
Exceptional Clean room, location was great, staff was friendly, breakfast was fine, short 4 minute walk to Madison Sq Garden.
