NYC @ Christmas! Staff at front desk was low, however they handled the long lines and issues very well. Only complaint & its really not a complaint at all. Loved the room. Clean, cozy, and exactly what you expect for a hotel in midtown NYC. We were on the inside of the hotel and we heard zero noise at night. Breakfast was offered but we never stayed. Pleasant, clean, comfortable room The woman at the front desk when we first checked in was not exactly welcoming. She was quite abrupt and I could barely finish my sentences before she cut me off. All other staff members we encountered were very nice, though. The room size was great. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room was clean. The price was very reasonable for Christmastime in NYC. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
