Good המיקום נהדר. באמצע העיר קרוב מרחק הליכה לכל היעדים האטרקטיביים. הצוות זמין ונחמד בהתחלה נתנו לנו חדר עם חלון לשומקום. הרגיש כמו מערה. היה מאד מאכזב. ביקשתי להחליף ובאמת קיבלתי חדר במיקום טוב יותר עם חלון לרחוב. חייבת לציין שכששלחתי הודעה למלון עם בקשה לחדר במיקום טוב ובקומה גבוהה, אומנם קיבלתי מייל תגובה אבל בלי התייחסות לבקשה שלי ככה שבאתי כבר עם ציפייה להתאכזב. אבל החדר היה נקי ו קיבלנו מגבות חדשות בכל פעם שביקשנו.

It is great if you need place to rest before going into the city Floor in my room was with holes or something under the carpet and it wasn’t uneven. Great location and friendly staff

Great place to stay in central NYC Great location, very close to many subway lines and attractions. Hotel security was great and always present. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel staff were always friendly and very helpful.
