Clean, and customer oriented stay I didn't really like that the coffe and water was in the basement, but that is minor. The front desk, Tom was very very friendly. He had great customer service. The location was very accessible to every thing.
Good Haven't water for long time The bed
Very Good Neighbours doors slamming hard in the hallway. Maybe soundproof the doors? Small elevators. Confortable bedding. Amazing view of the Empire State building from the 10th floor window. Friendly staff.
Good Karig ontbijt in disposables zeer goede lokatie. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Great hotel in a good location for NYC. The room was a little small but otherwise very happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend staying here. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic always plenty of fresh food out. Hotel room was clean and had everything you'd need. Hotel in a great location with a cool roof top bar with a good view of the empire state building.
