Good location for a very basic hotel Hotel needs modernising. It had a hostel feel rather than a hotel. Paper plates and plastic cutlery was a nice touch. Location

Pleased Size of the room. No view but I didn't ask for one that Would be my fault. I had a request for a high floor and they took care of it. Everyone was helpful and kind.They secured our luggage even after we checked out so we could finish our tour.
Great location and comfortable. The elevators are slow. Fantastic location for budget price. The bed was great, staff was helpful and friendly.
Awesome place to stay for a Midtown location! Evening Staff was less knowledgable and prepared than expected. Needed a little more training in Customer Service. Asked for Directions. Rather than Looking, they said they didn't know where it was! Could have been a better experience. The bed was Great, Everything was very clean, location was exceptional, Bathroom was nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to NYC!
Great location, comfortable, even with not-so-friendly staff. Front desk and bellman were less than friendly, though nothing offensive, just not so customer oriented. A lot of plastic and paper are thrown into the garbage as breakfast is served on disposable, styrofoam plates with plastic silverware and paper cups. The location and facilities were great, the chambermaid was nice, Parking was super convenient and we would stay here again, even if the elevator will NOT break any speed records.
