Nice hotel. Shower could've been better. But it was okay. Comfy bed. Great location. Friendly staff. Rooftop bar.
Great location, comfortable sleep, yummy breakfast Hot water took a little while to heat up. When I phoned the reception the man answered and was very impatient. I can only imagine how a real complaint is dealt with. Excellent location 2 blocks from Penn Station. Around the corner from Empire state building and 5 mins walk to Macy's. Also breakfast provided. Decent continental meal.
nice property - noisy location Did not like the street noise. Because it's located in Korea town there are many restaurants clubs that produced noise until 4:00 a.m. Needless to say I wasn't able to fall asleep until then. for that reason I wouldn't stay there again. Stayed on the 5th floor. Maybe a higher room would be less noisy. Not sure I'll take the chance to find out though. I need my sleep. Room was super clean. Reception area very impressive. Staff was very helpful.
Location good Located in koreatown, smell of kimchi is literally everywhere even in the room. Nice ambiance. Simple breakfast. Small room however everything is there ie side table, telephone, table lamp etc.. perfect for couple travelers
La ubicación es su principal valedor. No tanto el servicio de limpieza, sino la velocidad del mismo. Una tarde, sobre las 6, todavía no habían hecho la habitación. La mujer de la limpieza, al vernos entrar nos avisó de que no estaba hecha y nos dio, al menos, toallas limpias y amenities de recambio. La ubicación es inmejorable y el desayuno continental (tortitas, bagels, donuts, cafe, cereales, zumos...) está incluido.
