Apart from booking in stress, fantastic. The booking in. 1St. After booking a year in advance they charged me a year in advance. I got the money back. On the day before I arrived in rang the hotel to confirm booking which was confirmed. Upon arrival I was told it was a double booking and cancelled. After a few phone calls I was finally giving a room. Ten mins later got a call in room to come to reception to be told I booked last year.
