Overall not a bad experience. Would not stay again. There are 2 elevators and it took almost 15 minutes to get to the room, room was very small, not enough seating on the roof top bar. The location was ok, walking distance to everything, the front desk staff wereally very nice.

Hotel an Zentraler Lage mit einem Guten Preis- Leistungsverhältniss Die Betten sind zu Weich und das Vierbettzimmer ist für eine Familie mit Teenagern eher zu Klein, da es keinen Stauraum für das Gepäck hat. Beim Frühstück kann noch in der Qualität der Backwaren und beim Kaffee eine Verbesserung erzielt werden. Der Frühstücksraum ist für so viele Personen fast schon zu Eng. Good Value Not really a dislike, but there is some construction going on outside of the building, so you won't get a chance to see much if you're in a front room facing the street. The beds are also a memory foam material so they sink pretty easily. Honestly still a good stay. This place was a good value for NYC on a budget. The bathroom was clean. I loved the location. The staff was also very nice.
Great location. Bed was not very comfortable, shortage of lifts, had to wait a long time sometimes. Staff were less than helpful, not enough seating for breakfast. Very central, very near to The Empire State Building and Macy's
Okay De ontbijt ruimte was veel te klein. Ontbijt minimaal qua aanbod. Ontbijt kon alleen met plastic servies worden genuttigd. Onze kamer aan de straatzijde had veel geluidsoverlast gedurende de avond/nacht.
Très très bon sejour C'est un hôtel qui a le petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix. La réactivité du personnel en cas de soucis est très rapide. L'établissement est à 100 mètres d'une station de métro, et de beaucoup de grave grands magasins (Manhattan Mall, Macy's) et est proche de l'Empire State Building et de Time Square.
