Exceptional The vending machine for water was out of order, but no sign indicated that. There also was no access to a microwave outside breakfast hours. The room decor was beautiful. The staff was very professional and friendly. The beds were HEAVEN--So comfortable!!

Happy but not happy I was under the assumption after speaking with the front desk clerk that parking was included in the price. When we checked out and went to get our car, the parking garage charged us. I specifically asked the clerk if parking was in it and she told me yes.

Wonderful It is close to the subway station and it was in the Korea town where good and cheap foods were. The bed was very comfortable.

Disappointing a hotel can't tell you they are doing construction on your room the morning of construction i checked out will never return not much
