Good location. Outdated facility. Elevator very slow. We were staying for 7 nights and 1st night we were placed in the 14th floor next to the rooftop bar! My whole family did not sleep at all due to loud noise, you could hear drunk people, & slamming of doors! I think poor choice of the hotel staff to even place us - family of 4 in room 1416! Good Il condizionatore in camera faceva un rumore fortissimo, dormire le prime notti non è stato facile. In generale le camere sono molto poco isolate. La nostra era proprio davanti alla macchina del ghiaccio e si sentiva parecchio il rumore. Posizione centralissima. Proprio sopra la metropolitana e l’Empire state bulding. Assolutamente da visitare il rooftop che gode di una visuale unica.
Ottima posizione, ottimi servizi, prezzo vantaggioso - materasso leggermente scomodo (cede in alcuni punti) - posizione perfetta - rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo - cordialità e grande disponibilità dello staff - distributore acqua sempre disponibile - palestra - ottima pulizia delle camere - direttore molto accogliente e gentile

Subway is only 100 meter from hotel, bus stop is also within 200 meters. Very good experiences, location is outstanding, staff are kind and helpful. Hotel also provides free coffee in the morning.
