Pleasant Only one lift working, thus waiting forever. We were charged additional 25$ that were not mentioned anywhere. No reaction from management. Still waiting for reimbursement via Booking Hotel very good position and room size OK for Manhattan

Супер! Гледката от прозореца беше изцяло закрита от много близка съседна сграда, прозорците не могат да се отварят и не бяха почистени. Страхотно местоположение, всички забележителности из Манхатън са на пешеходно разстояние до 30 мин. Стаята има всичко необходимо и се чисти всеки ден.

Good La camera è molto piccola, nel bagno ci si incastrava. Il lavandino era così piccolo che a stento si riusciva a lavarsi le mani. La pulizia della camera sembra molto sommaria e, essendoci la moquette, si nota facilmente la zona della camera che non viene pulita. Era presente polvere un po' ovunque in camera, condizionatori compresi. Gli arredi sono datati e manca un po' di manutenzione (l'acqua non defluisce bene nelle doccia, soffione con calcare dal quale l'acqua non esce bene ecc..) Really enjoyed it, would recommend One of the lifts didn't work for much of the time, which meant it took ages getting to or from the floor; toiletries not changed regularly enough Location great, bed very comfy, hotel staff v helpful when needed, shuttle taxi from airport much appreciated
