My stay was wonderful =] Elevator was slow and only one available for guests most of the times. Location was excellent, room was always clean and organized, staff was very kind and friendly, king size bed was very comfortable, shower was hot temperature, there was a coffee maker and an iron in the room, there was free water in the hotel (it was very helpfull, haha). You can leave your luggage in a storage/locker room before check-in and after check-out. I got a room facing Empire State Building and it was very quiet =)

Ótima localização (para transporte público), bom custo/benefício com pontos a melhorar Janela não é anti-ruído (ainda bem que estávamos em andar alto). Alguns funcionários parecem estar de "mau humor" (de 5 que tivemos contato, 3 foram muito cordiais e 2 pareciam estar fazendo um enorme favor em nos atender). Toalhas um pouco velhas, não secam muito bem. Cafeteira foi usada por hóspede anterior e não foi lavada (tinha resto de café mesmo, não tive confiança em usá-la depois). Gran ubicación Que no había personal que hablara español ni un poco , menos mal que hablamos inglés pero al no funcionar la calefacción de la habitación la respuesta que obtuvimos fue mala debíamos estar presentes en la habitación para que cuando puedan la arreglen jamás ocurrió no perdimos un día de vacaciones por este inconveniente La ubicación excelente la limpieza de las habitaciones
