Not bad I would have preferred a heavier blanket or comforter. I had to keep the room warmer than I like because there was only a thin blanket between the top sheet and the duvet cover. Also, I chose to stay here because I heard the lights across the lake are lovely this time of year, but they turn the lights off at about 10:30 pm - so I missed them both nights. Romantic It was hard to find the entrance from the highway at night. I missed it twice. Needs more light at the entrance and for the logo to be higher. I liked that every room had its own balcony and was facing the river. Had a great view of the Christmas lights across the river.
Comfy and cozy in Tuscany I can only think of privacy walls on balcony. Loved the beautiful view of Lake Marble Falls and lighting . The setting was fabously set on the overlook that a song writer chose for his song about the "Hills of Texas". Breakfast was great. Loved the Texas waffles.
It was my first time to visit Marble Falls and the hotel was great. I stayed in Room 317 and when I stepped off the elevator, there was a food smell. I don't know if it was coming from the meeting in the conference room but it was very strong and not pleasant. Also, since I was at the end of the hall where the stairs were, I had to listen to the door slam every time someone used the stairs instead of the elevator. Exceptional The view of Marble Falls was beautiful. The rain was an added bonus, much needed. Went to see the Lights in Johnson City and Main Street in Bethlehem in Burnett. Great middle of the road place. Will be doing it again.
