Decent but over priced for the room. Thin walls. Could hear loud neighbors talking through walls. Bathroom and balcony

Overall a very good time. Our room did not have a couch which would have been preferrable to the chair. Good view of the lake. Breakfast was very good.

All-in-all, we had a great experience. The hotel has water views of the nearby lake and uses the view as an upgrade for cost value. It is pretty, but I don't feel like the small balcony/patio area justifies the extra cost added to room prices. The rooms, themselves, are very similar to most LaQuintas we've stayed in at higher price point than usual. We were staying strictly for pleasure-no agenda. Thank you so much for the review. We actually price our rooms based on the competitive market. And our higher rooms are higher priced than standard rooms due to supply and demand and customer satisfaction to be able to guarantee a higher floor.

Very Good We had to park on the south side of the building which was accessed from the third floor (odd, don't you think) even though breakfast and the front desk was on the first floor like most hotels. All the rooms had a view to the north toward to the lake/river.

Thank you for your review. Our back parking lot is elevated so entering from the back of the building with your room key brings you in on the 3rd floor. Our entrance to the hotel does bring you directly to the front desk on the 1st floor.
Impressive decor, very clean. Breakfast taco bar ingredients could have been warmer or a microwave available. Updated & cleans. Coffee was delicious!!
