Very Helpful Staff! The room was humid, despite the A/C running, and smelled a bit off because of that. The staff was very helpful from the very beginning. I arrived late at night and the night and need to update my reservation. The overnight staff were unable to address my issues but told me to check with Sherry in the morning. When I arrived at the front desk at 8am, Sherry knew exactly who I was and told me she has already updated my reservation. Great location and the rooms are very nice! Because of the renovations, we had no power to the room (blown fuse) with the exception of the bathroom light and THANK GOODNESS the A/C worked! John the General Manager was there when we checked out. He said he would make it right through Booking.com. We will see... We have stayed at this property several times and the beds are so comfortable! Currently updating the hotel but it wasn't an inconvenience at all. Shower and amenities are very nice!
