Awesome Not having the hot breakfast. Smoking had to walk across parking lot to smoke. View of the river and price.

Overall staff friendly and clean facility Breakfast, informed we will have a cold breakfast the selected items available, syrup thick and seem to be cold. Secondly, sheet on the sofa bed not clean -urine stain. Under the rail handle, a clean sheet hanging. Scenery and the location view.
