Good We were asked if we needed house keeping and we said yes. We left when we came back they had just thru blankets on bed didnt replace toilet paper we didnt have any. They didn't pick up trash or vacuumed. It was just a mess Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was great and kitchen staff too

Exceptional The electricity did not work in the bath room and half of the living room. The staff moved us to another room which was great. Good location, nice and clean with friendly staff. Free breakfast was very good.

Exceptional The jacuzzi wasn’t hot enough. Love the location! Everywhere we encountered in the hotel was clean, neat & nice. Breakfast was great, comfy bed & great staff!

McKinney too far off the highway I was traveling....I should have paid better attention to location. Beds were ok but a little firm for my taste. Swimming pool very small. Nice sized room, very clean. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Awesome Property was clean. Rooms are spacious. The staff was great!!! Breakfast was Awesome!!!! Love it location was quite and pleasant!!!!

Pleasant See above. Breakfast would’ve been better if you had prepared oatmeal instead of instant. Also since we were there for 5 nights it would’ve been nice to see a different entree instead of exactly the same every morning. Would really contribute to the comfort of your customers if you would upgrade your bed sheets to Holiday Inn quality. They were scratchy.
