It was just a room, not much for frills and pool was unusable Pool being unusable ( Hotel should have informed guests prior to arrival) Lack of parking, hotel had several events planned and left no parking space for hotel guests. Lack of proper ice bucket liners and cups, no trash can liners. The staff was extremely friendly
Pleasant The pool was closed and I booked because of the pool because it was hot that day and we also asked for an extra blanket and pillow and was told they did not have any. One person came later that night and brought us a mattress pad cover!! For the price of over $150 a night I thought that was bad..... The rooms were clean

This location suited our needs for a local one-night stay. Hotel was obviously quite new, but mysterious stains in room on ceilings and floors made it feel a bit neglected. Staff was responsive to requests and check-in was easy.
