Fighting with a customer service to get towels extra for your room isn't worth it. Was told I had to use the towels and bright them to him in order to get more towels. This hotel is mainly for construction workers bc that is what really was there. Other than people living around there bring there kids there to swim.

Will not stay here again. I have stayed in numerous la Quinta inns and this one was extremely dirty. We were placed in one room to begin with that smelled like mildew, had what appeared to be blood on the sheets, brown matter on the bathroom walls, the pull out bed hit the air conditioning unit so it wouldn’t open all the way. Moved to a second room that was close to as filthy, someone’s hair on the shower walls, sheets still looked dirty. I stripped the beds myself and put on new sheets. Think again before you stay here. Very rude staff, contacted corporate and they didn’t care. These are the exact pictures I sent them. The bed was up on wooden blocks along with a roach, old food and debris in the corner, air conditioner had mold all in it, and urine on the floor from an animal. I had to get a mop and bucket myself just to feel somewhat cleaner.

Breakfast was not served when we were told at check in that it would be. Staff was rude when asked about it. Beds were not the best but tolerable. For the money spent, should have been better. Overall, would not recommend staying at this location.

Great stay! One of our favorite places to stay in Dallas. Clean, warm comfy rooms and beds. Fabulous friendly service. The accommodation was immaculate with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you all for a lovely stay and for ensuring that your accomodation options are so well presented.
