Pleasant O Hotel é um hotel de passagem para que vai ou chega de Miami, por ser perto do aeroporto. Então o saguão estava sempre cheio. Quando chegamos, apesar de ter feito reserva, nós colocaram em um quarto que nitidamente não havia sido limpo e que não tinha frigobar. No outro dia, conseguimos conversar e trocar o quarto. O café da manhã bem básico. E é servido no saguão, não tem uma separação com a recepção. Achei o hotel razoável. Diferente de outros da rede whyndham que já fiquei.
