Just ok Bed was too soft. No choice of restaurants, breakfast was limited

It was an ok place to stay, with nice employees and great service I was expecting nicer rooms (like the photos online) and more clean hotel. It had a really uncomfortable smell that my son was able to recognize, and i chose this hotel because it was a smoke free facility. It wasn’t their fault, some guests weren’t respectful of the rules, and they tried to do something about it. I like how accesible it was to the airport, the beds were comfortable, it had shuttle service and breakfast included.

Regular Problemas constantes con las tarjetas de acceso al hotel, problemas con ciertos aspectos del aseo, no cuenta con restaurante y la comida del desayuno regular. La ubicación con relación al aeropuerto esta muy bien.

The stay was ok. Fitness room did not have drinking water nor towels. Pool did not have towels. The lobby smelled too much like cleaning products. The room smelled like humidity. The room did not have enough electrical outlets, we had to unplug lamps to charge our phones and laptop. The bed was comfortable. Location was good. The price was adequate.
