it was gross the facilities were extremely dirty and old. even though the room was clean it seemed dirty the staff was helpful and really nice

Absolutely awful and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. We chose this hotel for a one night stay as we where flying out from Miami airport the next day. Thankfully we where only there for one night as it was dreadful. From the minute we entered our room, the AC was so loud, we had to turn it off to get to sleep, the coffee machine was broken spilling hot water over my husbands hand and our families toilet wouldn’t flush. Não recomendo a ninguém!! Fiz uma reserva para 3 pessoas com duas camas king size. No check in fui informado que só tinham disponível quarto com apenas uma cama. Como já passava de 23 h, fomos obrigados a acomodar 3 adultos numa só cama para passar a noite.
No recomendable Dejan entrar a personas que te ofrecen delivery y después te estafan una vez que has echo el pedido, los recepcionistas no te avisan y tampoco sacan los flayer de los delivery que dejan en los pasillos del hotel, ya que se supone que hay servicio de limpieza. No te cambian las toallas y no te ofrecen papel higiénico, te dan jabones de muy mala calidad y la cantidad de shampoo que te dan sabiendo que van mas de una persona es muy poco. Mas o menos La llave se desconfiguró todos los días El desayuno es muy limitado La limpieza no hicieron, y me enteré despues de dos dias que debía avisar para que lo hagan Los ascensores hacen saltar Había mal olor en las instalaciones (humedad guardada) Ubicación, aunque la entrada no es muy clara, sobretodo en la noche
The staff was Awesome the stay was horrible Roaches in our bathroom and the breakfast wasn't what was advertised The friendly staff that did everything he could to accommodate us tho our reservation wasn't honored. The staff was very kind & tried their BEST
Bad Location..noisy to close to airport. Air conditioner worked very laud . Mould on the walls.
