Honest review Had to swap rooms immediately as the 1st toilet was broken and had Feces remaining inside from the prior guests, despite a note in the room saying the areas had been cleaned/prepared. I went to reception who just handed me keys to a new room quickly, but didn't apologise. 2nd room, the toilet again was having issues continuously flushing. The stairways had a foul smell, like stale urine or mold. The lift door didn't close without assistance on the 3rd floor and also jolted when getting in. The pool looked misco... read more

I will never came back even this stuff was super nice the hotel is not clean There was a lot of roaches in my room , The water on the swimming pool was super dirty, The corridors in the hotel smelled like urine. but the worst thing was the roaches in my room that was Disgusting The staff make the best effort to be nice with the guests
Poor Very old facilities. The elevator felt like it needed maintenance. The room had a carpet that smelled horrible ( humidity, urine). The bathroom floors were sticky. Didn’t feel clean at all. Friendly staff
Ni bien, ni mal Las habitaciones necesitan una renovación completa. El precio es muy caro para el hotel que es, ya que no le pondría más de una o dos estrellas. No hacen las habitaciones en toda la estancia, supuestamente, por el COVID. El personal era agradable. El trato fue correcto y cordial. La habitación estaba muy limpia a nuestra llegada.

Porquería de hotel 1-La limpieza es terrible, habían residuos de algo parecía semen en una de las camas. 2-las fotografías me mostraban una habitación diferente, con un mini refrigerador y microondas. Sobra decir que nada de eso había. 3-se supone pague por una habitación con 2 camas extra grandes, y en lugar de eso me encontré con dos camas individuales. 4-el desayuno es pésimo, creo que ni en una carcel comen asi, solo tenían huevos coscidos y wafles.
