Pésimo hotel El olor a húmeda, instalaciones viejas sin remodelar, prometen servicio aeropuerto - hotel - aeropuerto y no lo prestan, el día de llegada llame al hotel para recogida y no se podía pero que si me podría esperar 4 horas lo hacían, el día de salida del hotel pedí el servicio al aeropuerto a las 8am y estuve en recepción a las 7:45am a las 8:01 me dice que ya se fue, el servicio nunca llego y la solución fue pague un taxi que le llamamos, nos cobraron 25 dólares por el taxi al aeropuerto, pésimo hotel nada recomen... read more

Loud Stains on sheets and bedding. Loud hallways at all Hours due to being adjacent to the airport. Never heard any planes once we were inside but other guests Coming/going loudly all throughout the night Location was convenient

We stayed for 9 nights. The first 3 we had no tv. All 9 nights our air barely worked, we had no phone. We told staff and Mostly everything I mean I didn’t have to sleep in the streets so there’s that.

No breakfast really Lots of mosquitoes where you walk the dogs.. overflowing dumpsters, and breakfast was supposed to happen.. but I went there at 7:30 am and no coffee, a few oranges, no muffins left, only bags of instant grits. I’ve been in some great LaQuintas before, but this was the worst one as far as breakfast was concerned. Most have a toaster, waffle iron, cereals, etc… this had nothing. So needless to say I went to the airport hungry. Close to the airport and the shuttle was convenient- driver was very nice

Bad The room smelled, the carpet was very dirty I do understand it’s was a pet room it doesn’t hurt to shampoo the carpet’s vacuum them and deep clean a room I’ve work for the Hilton and comfort inn and we use deep clean the rooms and shampoo the carpet’s. Now the bathroom had human urine on the floor around the toilet SMH Housekeeping needs to do a better especially the head of housekeeping.

Disappointing Entiendo que estamos en pandemia he vuelto a viajar desde diciembre pasado y en cada hotel donde me aloje siempre me han arreglado la habitación aunque sea una vez en la semana. En cambio aquí estoy alojado desde el lunes hoy es viernes nunca me arreglaron la habitación nunca me cambiaron las toallas tampoco me preguntaron si necesitaba algo. La ubicación solamente
