Horrible customer service. Dirty bathroom & stained sheets! The customer service was horrible!!!! The bed sheets were stained and the carpet was wet in my room. There was hair in the bathtub! When I went to the front desk to tell them what was going on they were rude and making an excuse for everything I told them was wrong. They told me the sheets were stained with nailpolish and that it was permanent, basically told me to deal with it.
