The front desk clerk was great! They locked up our bags for us and let us hang out at the pool til our room was ready. Nice, hot, free breakfast. Rooms are spacious and "refreshed" but not perfect. This is a nice "budget" hotel (about $130 per night) near the airport. A bit noisy being close to the airport, but very convenient. Overall, worth overlooking the room blemishes! Great staff, good breakfast and good beds.

If I leave less stars I would. Run away from this hotel as fast as you can. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room had bugs in it and the second room they moved me to was very dirty. I don’t know when the last time the floors were cleaned I cleaned them myself with one of the wash cloths and some water. My towels still had some else’s hair on them. The shower had mildew on it and there were hairs on the shower walls that were not mine. The shower curtain looked like it had makeup on it. The ... read more

This hotel is nice and in a perfect location for a short stay of a night or two. We stayed overnight prior to a cruise out of Port of Miami. The hotel was satisfactory, just the prices (all over Miami, not just here) are ridiculous for 2-3 star hotels. That said the staff was welcoming and kind, the free breakfast was standard but plentiful and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again with my family or solo.

Where to begin!!! Considering I used my points, this was quite the experience. Just needed an overnight stay. First of all the lady gave us the wrong room. We got to the room and there was someone else in our room who was just as shocked to see someone open their door. How scary is this?! Customer service sucked. She had no remorse and basically asked us if we went to the right room. She gave us another room. Elevator is dirty. Room is tiny. Beds were dirty. Sheets were dirty. Beds had hairs on them. So, we waited at the airport over an hour for a shuttle. We called them 8 times and no one would answer the phone to get us a shuttle. The shuttle itself was absolute junk. Exhaust fumes in the cab, check engine light on, low tire light on, and dirty. They told us before booking there is a cruise terminal 3rd party that will take us to the port and it’s $15.
