Good The breakfast. I was surprised yo find that there was so little food to eat. No scrambled eggs, no bacon or sausage, and the juices were very syrupy. The beds were nicely made. The staff was nice and friendly. I was glad to find parking was convenient.
Bad service.... 90 % the staff Mr. Luis. Mr. Luis the staff that checked my son in was totally disrespectful and rude! Mr. Luis refused to call me as I need in the Booking.com reservation and was hesitant to talk to me on my son's cell phone. My son was sick and looked like a sick man. I think Mr. Luis either did not want a sick man to stay at the hospital or maybe he did not want my black young sons to stay at his hotel.
