Exceptional One of the card wasn't working but it was ok. Also they didn't tell me a wifi password, maybe they should work on that Place was clean and they wear their mask.

Good It was listed on the website that breakfast was included but no breakfast was served. When asked they said it was because of covid. It should have stated in their page that breakfast was not included. Very quiet place.

Pleasant The hallways needed to be vacuumed and the cleaning staff need to make sure to clean behind the bathroom door. The hotel was close to everything I wanted to see during my trip - Everglades National Park, Biscayne National Park, and Big Cypress National Preserve.

It was relaxing and I like how I felt like I can do w.e I want to with no disturbance or complains. Should have ice bucket and hygiene products.. and I think having a plug or outlet for us to charge our phones etc near the bed, reachable and comfortable to get to. And more bed covers. I loved the big mirrors and the comfort of the bed and size.. liked the tv and channels.. loved the tub and how it has a microwave.. favorite part is when I was able to open the window.
