Very underrated hotel nearby everything Miami without the heafty price tag of Miami. It's also pet friendly with deposit. Thank you for making my stay wonderful experience. I highly recommend the waffles in the AM. Edit : Overnight desk agent is rude would not reactivate my keycard. Refused to have coffee ready in am regardless of requests. Elevator was not working for over a week. Little to no security at this hotel. Manager doesn't care about the guests only about the money. According to one staff, the elevator are being out of service for around 4 months. The whole hotel are outdated with a minimun care. Beds are good. Room was clean. Iron not working. I called the front desk and never came with a new one. Hallways are toyally dirty. Breakfast are very basic so don't expect too much. My room was, 415, so i need to use the stairs all the time. I did NOT like this hotel. We stayed briefly, but there's an unpleasant smell everywhere. The bathrooms feel look disgusting, seems like they haven't scrubbed or disinfected the tubs in there in a very long time. The toilet handle was broken, and constantly needed adjusting to be flushed. The wash basin is inside the room, separate from the toilet and bathtub/shower. This also had broken handles which needed constant adjusting, and the drain stop was absent. This hotel is the WORST!!! and after going inside the room it smelled very bad so then we asked to get changed to a different room and me and my friend heard werid sounds and went we open the other door all the lights are on and the other lights weren’t on at least for the other room. we felt so unsafe so we preferred to go back to the other room on the fourth floor and it’s just gross. they don’t provide barely anything. the front desk was nice but i definitely dont recommend staying here unless you wanna sleep next to dirt... read more
