Good The toilet was very lose, if you sat down if felt as if it would break Overall good hotel, not very many amenities due to COVID so we understand, great location and they let us check in early for a small fee
Exceptional
Not as good as previous stays. We have had better stays at this location in the past. I do like the idea that pets are accepted. Thanks to Covis breakfast was only a sack lunch. The hotel cannot be faulted for that. The key lock did not work so the desk clerk had to move us to another room. The bathtub would not hold water because the drain plug was broken.
Good The outside door on the backside of the hotel was unlocked. Anybody off the street could walk right in. I saw what looked like a homeless person exiting the building via that door in the morning. Breakfast wasn't served. Location was right beside the interstate. Lots of construction going on.

I apologize for the back door entrance. Some guest did break it but the door has been replaced. We hope to see you again so you can see we have corrected that issue.

We did have issues with the elevator which was fixed right aways. I will go over the carpet being dirty with the housekeeping staff. Sorry about the issues you had. We will correct them.
Pleasant We were supposed to get two king suites, we had already received confirmation that they were ready for us. When we arrived it turned out they didn't have a room for us. I ended paying extra for a bigger room only to get smaller room. Also, the elevator was not working. The guy at the main desk was very friendly. He tried to find us a room, but had no luck because they had already given it to another guest.
Would consider staying there again. Breakfast was a bottle of water, coffee, breakfast bar and a muffin.
