I’m going to start with the friendly staff at the reception. I’m glad that the hotel has such a nice person after a long day. However, I’m disappointed with the shuttle transportation. One reason that I booked this hotel was for the transportation from and to the airport. Unfortunately when I got at the airport and called for the shuttle, I was told that the shuttle only runs until 10pm. I wish I would have known this.
