The staff was not helpful when asking about other La Quinta hotels. Also a smile would have gone a long way.

Pool closed, ice machine not working. Doors to the rooms hard to open. Saw different guest having a hard time getting into the rooms so it wasn't just us. Breakfast setup was not good people backed up at the waffle area coffee was cold at times. The counter help go behind the wall and don't pay attention or hear people standing at the counter.
