The rooms don't look maintained. The lobby is beautiful, but once you get in the elevator the looks of the hotel change and so do the smells. My room smelled weird, kind of like an old smell. Staff was very friendly and cordial.

You get what you pay unfortunately, find another place to stay, DO NOT STAY HERE!! Where do I start… we booked here because it said it had transportation from the airport which we thought was great because we would save money, we waited 45 minutes for the “shuttle” to arrive, after a long flight the last thing you want to do is wait to be picked up another hour. i only stayed here for one night and i can already confirm that i won’t be staying here again. it looks nice and the staff are friendly, but once you pass the main lobby it all goes down hill. the elevator looks, sounds, and feels like it’s falling apart and will stop at any moment, the ENTIRETY of the 3rd floor smells like marijuana, as if people were constantly smoking up there. and don’t even get me started on the individual rooms. my room smelt so horrible, very musty and sweaty smelling and it was almost impossible to g... read more

I absolutely don’t understand how this hotel has a good review on Google. Honestly, the real thing doesn’t look much like the pictures. Rooms are big, but clearly old. The room didn’t seem so clean and many things were broken, like lamps and a desk watch. The air conditioner was not trust worthy as well… Breakfast was awful. My flight was canceled and I was looking to get a quick nap and this location was perfect. The had a pickup and drop up shuttle service to airport which was among the best service I have ever seen. I only waited 5 min for pickup and less then 5 min to get dropped at the airport. The lady in the front desk and the lady who picked us from the airport were very nice and understanding. If your flight gets delayed and you need a place then it is the one to go.
