Obrigada por nos cuidar! Só tenho que agradecer a toda equipe do hotel. Estávamos em Orlando durante a chegada do furacão Milton e toda equipe foi extremamente dedicada e cuidaram muito bem dos hóspedes num momento em que não tínhamos certeza do que ia acontecer. Quarto muito bom, café a vontade e funcionários atenciosos. Voltaremos em breve.

Our toilet and phone did not work and the towel in my room was a rag. We were there for the hurricane and felt very safe. 4 members of our party were handicapped and we were on the 4th floor so when the power was out it was extremely difficult to get our belongings out. Luckily DJ, one of the employees, helped us load our things and brought everything down 4 flights of stairs for us
