I completed the pre check in process knowing I would arrive late. I got my keys and they didn’t work. Went back to the desk and the new keys didn’t work. Went back to the desk and was given a new room. One key worked and one didn’t. Went inside and the room had signs of use. The bar of soap was unwrapped and a hand towel was used and hung back up.
