I request a baby crib and the staff member left it outside the door behind me. He did not offer to assist with set up. On 3 occasions I went to the front desk and had to wait awhile for someone to come out and assist me.

Hurricane Debby tried to ruin our trip. The Hotel was close to restaurants which is what we were looking for. The staff was amazing. Approachable and friendly.
