The lobby and common areas were nice, but the room was dingy with furniture all in poor condition. Seems like the room was only lightly cleaned. I did not want to shower there. Although it is cheaper than others in the area so I guess you get what you pay for.

I dont understand all of the negative reviews on this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with working air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The pool was nice, the only thing that wasn't that great was the hot tub. There was a mother with children that allowed them to jump in and out of it when people wanted to use it. In addition, the water wasn't hot at all. But other than that, i would stay here again.

The property is very dated with some minor updates. This property does not allow you to pay for a late checkout. I feel it is a necessary accommodation by Orlando being a tourist city and guests may have very late flights.
