The staff are excellent the receptionist guy was excellelnt gave me great info love the location by all the food i love back at home love options n many different hotels love the options all over will be comking back to orlando more odten fkret time here n loving it

A la hora del check-in tuvimos un poco de inconvenientes, en el pasillo una de las cortinas estaba rota, el ACC del cuarto no enfriaba, llamamos al desk y nunca vinieron a resolver. El desayuno no hubo orden ni lugar donde consumirlo solo en el desk. Si estas buscando una estadia para un dia y para el precio esta bien, no mas.

The shower water is warm and will not get hot. The pipe in the shower is dripping. Bathroom needs remodeling. Some mold around shower caulk in tub and sink.

We were very worried by the bad reviews but We had no problem during our stay actually the room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The airport shuttle was convenient too.
