The staff was very receptive and prompt to requests but the facility (elevator, doors to room, ceiling in room looked moldy, looking out my window, pool was was worn and tattered). I walked to the laundry facilities and my feet were dirty on the bottom from the rug.
We liked location to MCO airport and close to many restaurants. Our room was not clean. Our feet were dirty after having walked on the carpets and floors. They need to be deep cleaned. I stepped on toe nails in the carpet. We stayed for 7 nights and the breakfast offerings each morning were exactly the same. We would like some variety offered.
Awesome customer service..front desk and shuttle drivers!
A/C is window unit and is very loud. Can hear the neighbors. Did not sleep great due to the noise.
