The room was spacious; the amenities of pool, spa, gym were rewarding after having a full day of 'purposes' of why being in Orlando was necessary.

Elevator needs overhaul, didn't look safe. Shower never got hot or even tepid. Could not get a shower due to only cold. Pressure was bad too. Staff was helpful with fubar of online reservations, still pending my credit. Location was good though.
