I liked everything
The pool wasn’t cleaned and the bathroom around the soap carrier had black spots around it could of been mold
Very comfortable and near shops and dining. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The elevator is very small and the small fridge in the room was not working.
Hotel rooms need an upgrade. Had two rooms for my family while there. Room had not been vacuumed or swept. Trash behind window curtains. Hot water in shower in both rooms stopped working on final day and loose screws everywhere. We had small little ants on the bathroom counter everyday along with the door to room had huge gaps around it and let in a lot of light. The staff was amazing! I had a very late arrival and asked if I could get a late check out. Everything was accommodated without any trouble.
the room was nice, and staff very helpful. breakfast was not what was expected. no hot food at all.
Good hotel to stay at. They accommodated our large group and even helped to extend our stay. Room service was not offered even if our room was unoccupied. Pool was big and clean. Breakfast offered each morning but same items. Entrance and doorways at each end of hotel to assist us in getting to room in quickest ways. Clean, friendly staff, would come back again.
Staff was friendly, last minute booking and was so happy they had a crib for my son to use!
Everything was wonderful, comfortable, clean with a friendly and courteous staff
