Elevator was dirty in rear left of building
Overall the hotel was clean. There were a few brown splattered stains in the bathroom that they should have attempted to bleach out. Due to covid and housekeeping not cleaning rooms until you check out, they should provide more towels, soap, etc. We did not have enough for a two night stay and when we requested more we were told there were no runners available to deliver to room so either come to front desk to pick them up or grab them off a housekeeper's cart. Excellent, clean hotel friendly staff, minutes from the airport and all the Orlando attractions.
My husband and I decided to stay two extra days on vacation, so we booked a room here from a different hotel. The staff was so much friendlier, the hotel was a lot cleaner and the bed was so comfy! Special shout out to Kellie, for going above and beyond to walk me through the process when we had an issue with booking the wrong dates accidentally. Unfriendly staff and times, they don't clean the rooms during multiple day stays, hot tub was not working
I checked out at 3:45 am and Kelly the front desk girl was very friendly and accommodating. Since there complementary breakfast didn't start till 6am, she offered me a muffin and had coffee ready. Very nice young lady.
