The view was of another hotel; that's the nature of things. There was no breakfast during designated time. Nature of things.

The air conditioner did not work properly. Could not adjust the settings, and could not turn off.
The check-in at front desk with Alana was very well done. She was exceptionally helpful, even printing my boarding passes for my morning flight. The pool & hot tub were fine and breakfast offerings were about as expected with Covid rules.
