We only encountered one member of staff that was happy and helpful - the girl that checked us in. We needed some bottled water and were charged $3 a bottle. The room was spacious and clean but the toilet was super noisy.

Overall - good. On arrival, the desk clerk was almost incommunicative. Sort of a quick, almost challenging “checking in?”. Did not make me feel welcomed or appreciated for giving them my business. The staff the next day was excellent. The second floor hall carpeting look as if it hadn’t been vacuumed that day. Room was top notch.

We always stay here when we have an early flight and don’t want to stress over the hour drive on the morning of flying. It’s well situated very near decent restaurants like Carrabbas and Bonefish grill. It is also very close to the Parking Spot, where we keep our vehicles during travel. The staff have always been courteous and professional. The rooms are basic but have always been clean and well maintained. All in all, it’s perfect for our purposes!
