Unfriendly staff and times, they don't clean the rooms during multiple day stays, hot tub was not working
I checked out at 3:45 am and Kelly the front desk girl was very friendly and accommodating. Since there complementary breakfast didn't start till 6am, she offered me a muffin and had coffee ready. Very nice young lady.

We waited almost an hour for airport shuttle - I kept calling hotel and they kept saying it was coming. Another hotel shuttle saw us sitting there at airport and offered us a ride.

our shuttle is free for all guests... which means we do have extended shuttle wait periods especially during this time of spring break. We are sorry for any inconvenience but many guests do use this free service so we cannot guarantee a specific pick up time
Property was clean. Coffee 24 hours a day for people who leave before then breakfast starts.
Centrally located
We mainly stayed here because we had a 6:00 AM flight, and LaQuinta was only 5 minutes from the airport. With that said, it’s not very close to other touristy things. However, it has several nearby eating places, along with gas and grocery stores. It’s disappointing, through this COVID time, that the hot breakfasts we used to enjoy are no longer available. Hopefully those will come back in time.
Room very spacious and clean...perfect for my needs
Room was clean enough, and spacious. Rooms weren’t very sound proof though, could hear a lot in the hallway. Friendly staff. Not that this is the fault of the hotel itself - but our whole hallway smelled like weed all night. I’m not someone who is going to complain about it while there, I’m not about to get someone in trouble for that. But they did make us sign a specific no smoking waiver upon check-in, which makes me think this might be a problem they have there occasionally?
