The shuttle driver Rudy went above & beyond. He even stayed past his work time & past the shuttle’s scheduled time in order to pick up my son & I. He was extremely personable & professional. It is this kind of staff that makes a difference.

Nothing special. Had been remodeled but still felt old. Windows were filthy. Got to the room and key cards didn’t work.
