It was a chilly November evening, and our room was freezing. The manager was friendly, and came up to as he called it "hijack the AC" or something along those lines. It didn't work, the room remained chilly. We just decided to dress warmly for bed. The hotel was clean, the room nicely updated, it was a good value for the money charged, overall.

Everything was great during my stay the room was clean and neat. My only drawback is when I pulled the covers back i seen a blood stain and it was very bright??? Not SURE if they changed the sheets I made a call downstairs and nothing was done about it. I ended up taking towels and laying them down and went to sleep as it was very late.

Great hotel, lovely staff. The spacious rooms are 4 star but what mars the experience is the awful breakfast and the polystyrene nightmare that comes with it. The world has got to take this pollution seriously and that includes the Quinta hotels.
