One problem They had a hot water heater issue so could not take a shower in the morning but knew about it at check in. Just feel like we should of been told before checking in. But the Mgr on duty and was sweet and told me t o call and tell expedia for refund that she would authorize it

Good place- cheap and was good for one stay. Overall it would work for families. If you want a really nice place then it is not the option but for middle of the roads- yes. Staff did a good job but did not go out of their way. Seemed pretty overworked and team was getting by with what they have. So don't expect to make it work as a long term stay

Better places available for price Pros: courtesy shuttle Cons: Reception and common areas could be cleaner .. Put designated smoking area away from food area and view Location: Good restaurants nearby The hotel has seen better days, the entry and halls were beat up and a bit grungy. Got exactly what was expected for the price We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during our visit to Orlando. We were going to Universal Studios, the drive was about 25 minutes each way. The hotel is within walking distance of many casual chain restaurants. The staff did not however seem to know what I meant when I asked for recommendations for local dining (meaning NOT CHAIN restaurants), so we ended up at Friday's. 1 year wedding anniversary was great We wanted nice place to stay while visiting Orlando, FL and Disney world. This property was fantastic! Short drive to Disney and lots of other attractions. Even shorter drive to airport. Lots of restaurants and shops up the road. The building was like new. The staff at all hours were friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend it.

convenient to airport Staff could not have been nicer. They did everything we asked. They changed our non smoking room to another one when there was someone else smoking on the floor. The next room looked nice. We turned on the heat and the unit smelled. I checked it and I found mouse droppings. Too late to tell front desk. I told the desk next morning very nice. Wanted to some type of compensation. He was prevented from doing this because we pre-paid Expedia. I really just wanted them to be aware for the next customer. We ... read more

Turnaround Pros: Airport Shuttle. Proximity to the airport. Simple breakfast was ok. Cons: warmer pool hold the room reserved unless notified by guest Location: good location close to the airport After a three hour flight delay, we arrived in Orlando to both rental car and hotel reservations being deferred which was not helpful at 3:00 a.m.!
