Very nice room. front desk staff was very nice. Pros: size of the room Location: very close to airport Got in a little late and asking about getting to the airport. Front desk clerk gave us directions and was very nice. Room was beautiful

Great customer service I left a beloved shirt in the room closet when I checked out. When I called the hotel days later, they quickly located the shirt, took my mailing info, and mailed the shirt to my house, all with great efficiency and good cheer. Bravo. The place is pricey, but so is everything else in the area.

Cons: The beds are too high!!! A normal height of approximately 24inches above the floor is much to be desired. Old people don’t jump well. Nice place to stay. Beds too high! Old people do not jump well. No ladder or step stool to assist entering bed!

All good! Pros: Everything including the staff. Cons: Nothing. It was the best...even the price we paid. Location: Mostly good restaurants were nearby. Things to do, well, you did have to drive about half an hour away any direction...but I didn't mind. It was close to several restaurants just across the street; the location was very pretty out of the way of the main street; heard the planes, but was not so loud it kept me awake...I slept quite well; everything worked well in the room, it was very clean and they did a good jo... read more

Not bad We checked in late. The front desk was busy bad mouthing another guest while we waited. Not very friendly at all. I had to ask where the room was, and about the shuttle, as the only information she offered up was that it's a $250 fine if smoking in room. They put us in a handicap accessible room(not needed), but not a big deal. There was a giant hairball in bathroom. Other than that, very clean and updated. Great location to Airport! Pros: Location, location, location! Cons: The elevator needing some tending to - it seemed more like a freight elevator with the walls being so dirty/soiled compared to a guest elevator. Great location to the airport w/shuttle service! The staff was great and helpful in suggesting to return our rental car in the evening and take advantage of the shuttle service - great suggestion! Nice hotel Got in late to Orlando airport so this was a quick stopover. The hotel was fine and their van picked us up and shuttled us to the hotel. Very short wait for that.
